HR Generalist

In the role as a HR Generalist in our team, you will be a key player in supporting the managers in the organization, with big and small questions. The work is various and includes a lot of collaboration with the managers in the organization, your local HR team and colleagues.

Your contribution for a carbon-free future
As HR Generalist your main responsibility is to work across multiple areas within HR, with focus on processes, collaboration with the manager and the union. Among other things, this means that you will:
- Advise, coach and collaborate with managers in the organization.
- Be responsible for all HR processes, such as salary review, competence development and the Swedish labor law.
- Ensure and develop HR processes and policies
- Collaborate with the trade union and participate in negotiations
- Lead and participate in HR projects
In addition to your daily tasks, the work is both operative and strategic. We are striving for a developing work environment with international contacts with broad experience and knowledge!
The role is placed in Västerås at Bränslegatan with the opportunities to work remotely a few days a week when it suits the business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar, or ensured the knowledge through experience.
- Experience of working in a HR role in Sweden
- Good knowledge and experience of the labor law in Sweden
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in Swedish and very good English skills, in both written and spoken
