Vestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux and Eastern Europe. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work.
The Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines within North West.
We are looking for a new Team lead for our CSM department in Trondheim, as the current Team lead are moving on to new opportunities within Vestas. The department, which consist of 8 colleagues, has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our growth. Responsibilities

The Customer Service Management team is responsible for the relationship with our customers, to ensure the required service level and make sure we deliver according to our goals.
As the CSM Team Leader it is your role to have the overview and ensure the right prioritization, as well as ensuring that the team has the right level of knowledge and understanding.
Furthermore, your tasks will be:
  • Follow up and report on results, risk and opportunities
  • Participating in customer meetings
  • Direct and participate in projects within Norway and other countries within the region
  • Daily management including recruitment of new team members, development of individual members of the team and the team as a whole
  • Taking care of escalated matters, handle communication within, to and from your team

Qualifications
  • Experience from contract management and development of customer relationships
  • Proven skills in delivering on budget and delivering a good customer experience in a cost-efficient way
  • Experience with CRM systems, contracts, and ability to meet customers' expectations
  • We expect the right candidate for this role to have experience from sales or project management and have a mindset for developing both people and business
  • Good skills in MS Office and experience from using ERP system such as SAP
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Norwegian, other Nordic languages

Since this role is partly operational it is important that you thrive in a fast phase environment where you will be expected to show good examples in internal collaboration, networking and execution. You are a skilled leader with the ability to motivate, guide and develop people with various experience and competence levels.
Furthermore, it would be beneficial you can nod at the following:
  • Systematic, organized, action-oriented and good at problem-solving
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills with the ability to connect with various stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Good financial and legal understanding, with the ability to get involved in complex technical and contractual issues
  • You maintain focus under pressure and are able to handle peaks and a heavy workload, able to take initiative and self-motivated
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian, knowledge in other Scandinavian languages is meritorious

Additional information

Your primary work location will be Trondheim, Norway. You should expect some travel activity, approximately 10 days per year.
