Stock Keeper
Responsible for the physical and systematic movement of all equipment, material, tools, products, and overall inventory management. Using, but not limited to ERP systems and company resources acting as the steward of all Supply Chain responsibilities at the site level.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing all paperwork as it applies to site inventory management.
- Conduct tool and inventory cycle counts as it applies to company policy.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code maintaining all warehouse needs.
- Fill requisitions, work orders and movements for all materials, tools, or other stock items as requested from warehouse.
- Record, weights, count amounts of materials for distribution ensuring conformance to company standards.
- Ensure proper tools flow, securing the return of tools in a timely manner as well as supporting the calibration of tools.
- Manage, direct and own all shipping and receiving duties for site(s) inclusive of priority orders.
- Inspect, weigh, load, document, transport of hazardous materials and waste per company policy
- Validate orders for accuracy of consumption of material.
- Administer training on inventory practices to current and new employees.
- Complete all projects and activities as assigned by Site manager, and in coordination with the SCRT team member.
Essential Functions
- Strong communication skills, with ability to work in a flexible team atmosphere.
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the duration of task as it applies to JSAs
- Ability to maintain a regular/reliable work attendance that call be called upon to work in inclement weather.
- The ability to obtain a Vestas forklift certification and/or any MHE as required.
- Strong desire to learn new skills and knowledge and utilize information systems
- Excellent work ethic, dependability, and dedication to Team/Company
Education, Training, and Skills Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 – 3 years of experience/training or an equivalent combination of education and experience to be excepted
- Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preference given to those with working ERP experience (e.g. SAP, Oracle). Demonstrated IT system skills highly desired
- Experience working in/around hazmat material a plus
- Kanban fulfilment practices

Required to lift up to 50lbs using proper lifting techniques consistently throughout the shift. Required to exert (push/pull) up to 50lbs of force regularly throughout the shift. Required to climb ladders throughout shift using proper fall protection. Required to
operate vehicles and forklifts. Safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, high visibility, steel toe boots, gloves, and hand-held radios.

Works with a team within a service site, may require work outdoors in storage yard in all weather conditions (company provides all weather gear/uniforms needed). Work near loud equipment/processes.
