Finance Controller - Rome/Taranto (IT)
As a member of regional Finance team, Service Controller is a key finance anchor point and trusted advisor of finance matters for Service organization.

Responsibilities:
- Perform controlling activities related to sales and contract execution phases.
- Support month end finance processes in accordance with the Vestas Standard Operating Procedures and ensure timely and accurate closure of the financial statements to the Region and Group.
- Evaluate actual performance of business cluster, focusing on deviations compared to planned performance.
- Develop monthly forecasting processes ensuring business accountability and ownership.
- Oversight and promote SAP data quality input from the organisation.
- Act as a gatekeeper of risks in relation to Service financials.
- Provide and present executive summary of the performance to Service Management team. Contribute, agree and follow-up on actions.
Qualifications:
- University degree with a major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in project cost controlling, financial analysis and business performance management, preferably within multinational companies.
- Solid accounting knowledge. Experience in POC (percentage of completion) accounting method is beneficial.
- Experienced user of SAP, SAP/BI and SAP HANA. Preferred experience in using data visualization tools (Power BI, SAC).
- Full English and Italian proficiency is required.

- Good communication skills and ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- You have a curious mind, solid investigative abilities and enjoy diving into data and analysis.
- You are organized, self-motivated and able to deliver on deadlines.
