Mobile Manager - Component Repower Solutions

Responsibilities
- Uphold Vestas' safety and quality standards on-site, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
- Organize and monitor site progress, maintaining project schedules and timelines to meet objectives.
- Coordinate the readiness of components and equipment for installation, ensuring seamless integration into project workflows.
- Manage all documentation related to installation, completion, and invoicing, in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a positive representative of Vestas and the project when liaising with customers and subcontractors.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Provide on-site supervision and support for various project activities, including site preparation, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct audits of lifting operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols and risk assessments.
- Take ownership of project performance and finances, accurately tracking expenses and reporting deviations as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement, discussing ideas with the team and leadership.
- Support the quality department in addressing non-conformance reports (NCRs) related to installation activities.
Qualifications
- Degree in business, operations, or project management preferred.
- Familiarity with Vestas platforms (v47, v82, v90, v100) is advantageous.
- Ability to travel 90-100% of the time.
- Demonstrated experience leading large teams in complex projects, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- 2-3 years of management experience, with a focus on service or project management.

- Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.

- Previous experience with budgeting, cost management, and P&L responsibilities.
