Supplier Onboarding Lead
We are in the process of moving to a new operating model, by setting up in-house led digital product teams who are responsible for designing, building, and continuously optimizing our digital products. As our Supplier Onboarding Lead, you will join a cross-functional department located in Denmark (Aarhus and Copenhagen), the Philippines (Manila) and India (Chennai).

Responsibilities
Business
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new suppliers, including reviewing and approving requests, ensuring data accuracy, and providing training and support to internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Produce reports to track the status of supplier onboarding requests and monitor compliance with targets
- Act as a point of contact for both suppliers and internal stakeholders, addressing any inquiries or issues related to the onboarding process
- Support implementation projects by providing expertise and guidance on the onboarding process
- Collaborate with the Product teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Create and maintain documentation of onboarding processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supplier onboarding and procurement
People
- Talent building and development: Ensure the team is equipped with the needed skills in their current roles and develop employee talent to prepare them for future roles based on the career path identified
- Manage direct reports, ensuring both the professional and personal development of the team
- Motivate your team and celebrate successes, maintain performance levels, improve engagement, and monitor poor performance
- Review staffing structure including the span of control and ability levels to ensure the best possible team set-up
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar
- 5+ years of experience in supplier onboarding or related procurement roles
- Comprehensive knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management
- Experience with procurement systems and platforms.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are beneficial
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- General knowledge of electronic procurement software
- Previous professional experience in a similar function is beneficial

- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, handling multiple deadlines
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and ability to prioritize, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
- A customer-centric mindset and a motivation for delivering quality service
