The P&C Services, Professional is a member of the Global Delivery Center and has an integral part in employee and position data management, identifying opportunities for process improvement/optimizations, ticket mitigations, data quality improvements, building knowledge base, and enhancing overall service delivery across the regions ( APAC, EMEA, NCE, MED, LATAM, AME) working closely with P&C Regional Service Desk, HR Business Partners, Talent acquisition Partners, COEs & Business teams.
We are seeking a motivated professional for the role, with a primary responsibility of effective problem-solving, customer service, and data entry skills to support HR Services operations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR, Ticketing solution (Service Now) along with experience in HR shared services. The key role involves maintenance of the global data for positions, employees, and contingent staff, and the generation of the associated documents/letters/addendum emphasizing overall quality, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. Growth in this position hinges on the ability to excel in operational execution, meticulous attention to detail, superior customer service, technical problem-solving, effective communication, and a dedication to continuous improvement. This position offers you a unique possibility to work with innovative and professional colleagues globally. This position is based out of Pasay, Manila and it is a hybrid work setup (10 days minimum onsite a month).

Responsibilities
- Implement HR-related transactions, troubleshoot issues with data and tools, and undertake special projects and data audits as required
- Ensure the accurate and timely entry of high-quality data within SLA, considering priority and complexity
- Operate in a highly data-sensitive environment, upholding Data Privacy and adhering to confidentiality requirements to prevent compliance policy breaches
- Propose solutions for process deficiencies and actively contribute to the ongoing improvement process
- Independently address complex internal or external partner issues, advocating for the partner/customer and influencing decision-making on deliverables
- Provide customer support globally by collaborating with internal partners (HR Business Partners, Regional Service Desk) and other stakeholders, resolving transaction problems, and autonomously handling exceptions with discretion
- Engage in the testing of new system features and process redesigns, and suggesting changes to improve systems/ processes for improved operational efficiency
- Maintain and update Internal and External Knowledge Base with content on policies, procedures, and FAQs, sharing acquired knowledge and experience
- Aim continually to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize complaints in the delivery of HR Operations Services
- Should be able to work effectively in a team and should be willing to assist others
- Should have the ability to make decisions that impact customer service levels with a sense of urgency
- Should be able to balance responsibilities & able to complete work tasks with speed, accuracy, and quality in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in HR, Data Management, Operations, or employee service Support. If you lack HR experience but possess language skills in German, French, or Portuguese/Spanish and are eager to learn about the HR domain, you are still eligible to apply
- Effective communication skills (both verbal & written) with an ability to respond to customer queries
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint)
- Open-minded, integrity, self-motivated, and a good team member
- Possess a desire and attitude to go above and beyond in resolving issues. Ability to apply judgment to address customer needs; including asking critical questions and able to validate justifications provided
- Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information. Also compliant with GDPR rules
- Work according to shift schedule is required
- Must have comprehensive planning, coordination, and organizational skills
Additional Or Ideal Attributes:
- Additional Language Expertise - German or Portuguese or French is beneficial
- Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing work tasks with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and change implementation
- Experience in ERP (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM)
- Experience in Ticketing Solutions (Service Now)
- Ability to work with/maintain documents on a SharePoint and Service now Knowledge Base Article is desirable
