IT Supporter - Customer Project Execution (CPX)

The Customer Project Execution (CPX) IT team is responsible for all IT applications supporting the entire project lifecycle. Within the Digital Solutions department - the CPX IT team is part of 'Project Execution & Portfolio Management' which is accountable for all the Digital products in this area. A key theme is to support Vestas' profitable growth strategy while making the supply chain more open and transparent through the further use of advanced IT. We focus on being close to our stakeholders to ensure new initiatives are matured and executed with the highest possible impact. At the same time, we have a high focus on ensuring existing solutions continue to deliver value.

Responsibilities

As an IT supporter, you will be part of the SaaS Solutions Support team whose mission is to provide effective support for CPX & QHSES SaaS applications ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and user satisfaction.

The role requires a hybrid work setup, with a requirement to report to the office a certain number of days per month. The specific number of in-office days will be discussed during the hiring process.


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Engage and consult with relevant stakeholders to leverage the value from different SaaS Applications (i.e. Procore, Enablon, SAP QM)
  • Identify and implement the configurations in accordance with the requirements and in collaboration with the Product Owners
  • Act as functional platform specialist, with support from our external Vendors
  • Documentation of the configuration of SaaS applications used in CPX & QHSE (i.e. Procore, Enablon, SAP QM)
  • Support the Product Owner in maintaining a product backlog for the platforms
  • Support the testing efforts in our global rollout program
  • Carry our vision of a digitalized construction site
  • Ensure support to end users

Qualifications
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or similar
  • 3-5+ years of work experience in the relevant field, i.e., within construction, energy, or large capital project management
  • Advantage but not required if you have worked with Procore before
  • Great advantage if you have knowledge of SAP QM and how this applies to a project
  • Advantage if you have knowledge of other SAP Systems (i.e. SAP PS, PP, MM, PM, SCP)
  • Experience with SQL Database management
  • Experience with Windows Server Management
  • A consultancy background would be a beneficial asset
