As a Specialist Controller (m/f/d) you will be part of the Financial Operations team in region Northern and Central Europe (NCE) and collaborate closely with the rest of the Finance organization in the NCE region but also with the Group Finance function in Copenhagen and Shared Service Center located in Manila.
The department is responsible for monthly IFRS reporting to Group and local statutory and legal reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- This is a new role reporting directly to the Director of Finance operations.
- The role will require a good knowledge of IFRS reporting but more importantly having the ability to create new processes to capture the underlying requirements from our financial IFRS guidelines
- Focus areas will include IFRS16, inventory control, audits and internal controls to improve the overall performance of the reporting and compliance area
- Performance on project management tasks based on timely and value-adding activity
- Quality of the overall reporting performed within the department
- Internal and external audit reporting and internal control framework
Qualifications
- Relevant education / degree most likely within Finance, Controlling or similar combined with work experience from finance, in an international company
- Good controlling and accounting skills. Knowledge and experience within SAP ERP FI & CO module is an advantage
- Fluent in English

- Experience of working with lots of different stakeholders, working as a business partner to support various activities from a finance perspective
- Strong finance / accounting knowledge
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
- Flexible mindset, comfortable in managing and driving change
- Self-organized, accountable and a team player with good people skills
- Strong process orientated approach
