The Planning department is responsible for making things happen. We take the job instructions from our technical experts, prepare and distribute them to the teams in the field. We make sure our maintenance technicians have everything they need and act as central point for ensuring teams are communicating and working efficiently together.
Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Create and optimise plans for crews in your territory to deliver maximum benefit for our customers and our business
  • Monitor tools, parts and services for tasks in your territory
  • Act as the focal point for communication between the field and back office teams
  • Maintain short term crew compositions
Qualifications
  • Your experience can come from a busy operational background having the ability to manage multiple activities at one time
  • Prioritisation comes naturally to you; where you will be used to handling a wide range of urgent topics and have the ability to allocate, monitor and follow-up to completion
  • Your background will involve interacting with a range of groups and individuals. You may deal with people on site, but also in different locations across the country
  • You may have a track record in scheduling, planning, working with rotas or similar logistical skill set
  • Quality is a focus in the tasks that you undertake, you can appreciate the need to go back and review how we can always do better
  • You don't have work in Wind, we want talent for the future!
