The responsibilities of the team include:
- Global Quality Academy: Establish and maintain a Global Quality Academy and Quality Learning Portfolio, developing defined learning journeys
- Quality Culture: Guide the Vestas Quality culture through awareness campaigns and global event facilitation
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expertise in learning methodologies and technologies to optimise learner experiences and outcomes
- Competency Framework: Support the implementation and operation of our competency framework, continuous learning design model, and governance set-up
- Digital Learning Solutions: Develop and sustain digital learning solutions for a smooth, effective, and engaging user experience. Including standardizing reporting to measure and continuously improve training delivery, skills, and business impact.
- Project Oversight: Manage learning projects from analysis and scoping through development and delivery
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with Quality Subject Matter Experts and leaders, the Head of Quality Training & Competency, learning coordinators and developers, and the global L&D network
- Act as the key driver in building our Global Quality Academy and Quality Learning Portfolio
- Define and implement relevant learning methodologies and supporting technologies to optimise the learner experience and output
- Support the implementation and operation of the competency framework, continuous learning design model, and learning governance
- Design digital learning solutions in collaboration with Quality SMEs and end users. In some cases, you will be hands-on in the development of bite-sized learning material; at other times, you will collaborate with internal or external partners
- Manage learning projects from analysis and scoping to development and delivery
- Support the promotion of the Vestas Quality culture through awareness campaigns and the facilitation of global events
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree within the area of learning, organizational development, communication or similar
- More than 3 years of relevant experience, preferably as a learning project manager, competency manager, or learning specialist within a large, multinational, matrixed organisation
- Ideally experience within the area of Quality
- Skilled in designing role-based learning journeys
- Expert in facilitating learning design and development processes
- Works seamlessly with relevant learning platforms
- Experience with basic learning content development
- Structured and basic project management skills
- Solid strategic communication skills coupled with high proficiency in English
- Strong data analytic mindset - connecting the learning performance to business performance

The Quality Training & Competency team has just embarked on the journey of building a strong foundation for a structured role-based learning approach to develop Quality capabilities throughout the entire organization of Vestas. Therefore, you will have a big say in shaping the future of the team and how we build Quality capabilities going forward.
The primary work location is in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark.
The travel time is 2-3 weeks per year.
