We are looking for an organised, conscientious, and friendly individual to join our Fundraising and Communications Team, providing administrative support while contributing to the smooth-running of our Supporter Care Team.
  • Supporter Care Team role - to be the primary contact point for supporters, and prospective supporters of the Trust. The team underpins the work carried out by the wider Fundraising and Communications Department by managing the income processing, fulfilment, and administration of all fundraising campaigns and activities.
  • Supporter Care Team aim – to provide a 5* service to our supporters, leaving them with a personal, positive experience which relates in long term support of the Trust.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assisting with membership administration during peak recruitment times, such as half-price January sale, warm lead conversion campaigns and door drops.
  • Supporting with donation administration during peak times, such as Giving Tuesday and the launch of appeals.
  • Dealing with enquiries from supporters by phone and email in a friendly, helpful and efficient way (this includes helping monitor team inboxes).
  • Ensuring that monthly KPIs are recorded and reported.
  • Ordering, signing out and recording returns of equipment and clothing used by our membership recruitment team.
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of events organised by the team.
  • Promoting and supplying our annual Wild Cornwall calendar to retailers in Cornwall.
  • General team support, particularly for the Director of Fundraising and Communications. This could include (but is not limited to) booking rooms, ordering equipment, coordinating team meeting agendas, and recording team meeting actions and minutes.

This is a 12 month fixed term appointment.
