WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER
The Production Design Intern will be responsible for supporting the Creative Operations and Production team by providing design and production support to establish and reinforce consistent design standards, document creative guidelines and processes, and deliver best in class print products to internal TNC clients. The Intern will report to the Senior Manager of Creative Operations.
As the Production Design Intern, you will:
- Create and refine new branded design templates for a variety of printed marketing publications, collateral and preserve signage.
- Documentation of new design guidelines and processes.
- Provide internal design support to NA Marketing and other TNC clients through the creation and final file preparation of various print products (e.g. fact sheets, postcards, and event signage).
WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU
We are looking for a Production Design Intern to fill a paid 10-week Summer internship. The intern can be an undergraduate student, graduate student, or recent graduate. This position is home-based in the United States and will provide a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between academics and real-world work. We offer an orientation, professional networking opportunities, and real-world work experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Diploma or equivalent. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (or graduate) program of graphic design, communications, or related field, or a recent graduate with a degree in one of these or a related field.
- Experience with technical execution of print design, ensuring deliverables are production-ready for print or digital use.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Access to a reliable internet connection.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Coursework and/or exposure related to graphic design, print production and communications.
- Knowledge of/interest in printing processes, pre-press and proofing.
- Practical knowledge of current and evolving trends related to production and design.
- Knowledge and understanding of exhibit design and large format signage.
- Self-starter, taking initiative, and demonstrating confidence to ask questions and seek input
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION
This is a full-time, home-based, temporary internship position with a 10-week term of June 2 to August 8, 2025.
INTERN SELECTION PROCESS

SALARY INFORMATION
The pay for a candidate selected for this position is $17/hr.
