The Auto Paint Technician will be responsible for refinishing and painting repaired or damaged vehicle parts in a safe and quality manner, with a finish that meets or exceeds the original factory specifications. The end result should be an invisible repair to delight the customer. The successful candidate is a master of his craft and proud of all his previous repair work.

What You'll Do
- Operates and uses all body shop equipment properly and safely
- Masks and protects parts that are not to be painted or coated
- Mixes paint according to specifications. Tints color for proper match
- Produces test panels when needed to obtain industry acceptable color match
- Paints surface using sprayer or brush as appropriate
- Inspects painted units for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, sags and unpainted areas
- Maintains tools and keeps equipment clean and in a proper state of repair
- Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer
- Complies with all China laws and environmental standards
- Able to work flexible hours and be available to work extended hours to complete tasks as requested by management
- Attends training in order to constantly improve
- Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need
