What to Expect What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
Tesla is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager that will be responsible for managing construction requests and projects at Gigafactory New York. Selected candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects through collaboration and planning with project stakeholders, design team, construction trades, and external contractors to develop project schedules, scope, and budgets.
- Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle form initiation to completion
- Collaborates with stakeholders to accurately capture scope, captures changes during design or construction, and project turnover
- Coordinates and obtains all required permits
- Evaluate material quotes and submit purchase orders
- Develop request for bid packages for external contractor and/or design support
- Develop construction program procedures, processes, and templates
- Collaborate effectively with other teams across Gigafactory New York to drive construction projects and exceed key performance metrics
- 3-5 years of prior construction project management experience
- Capable of managing multiple complex projects /tasks simultaneously

- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment under constantly changing priorities and demands

- Practice and encourage safe work practices in all aspects of your job

Expected Compensation
- Construction Project Mgr - $74,800 - $112,200/annual salary
