Maintenance Supervisor, Model Y, Paint
What You'll Do
Workforce management: day to day line support; in-house equipment maintenance repair work; training and development; vacation scheduling; OT & weekend work scheduling
Cross-functional engagement with Engineering, Quality, and Production
Defining tasks and setting directions for the skilled trades team
Standard development and creation of procedure and methods
Project management: both internal maintenance projects, and minor contractor projects
Procedures & PMs, develop & maintain proper documentation of all necessary procedures; periodic maintenance tasks; equipment changes (electrical, spare parts upgrades, mechanical)
Maintain spare parts inventory. Identify and order needed parts, maintain tracking system
What You'll Bring
Degree in Engineering or Physical Science related field preferred or equivalent experience with evidence of exceptional abilities
Strong preventive maintenance development experience, familiarity with reliability centered maintenance principles preferred
Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality / quantity
Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals
Strong multi-craft skillset; Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electronics, and Mechanical experience
PLC: troubleshooting Siemens or Allen Bradley
