Program Evaluation Fellow (Alumni Only)
Position Summary
The JEDI Program Evaluation Fellow will play a key role in evaluating our programs with a specific focus on improving Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) initiatives. This fellowship is ideal for a motivated and curious alum who is passionate about fostering more inclusive and equitable programs and interested in learning program evaluation methods. The Fellow will have the opportunity to explore both qualitative and quantitative data, plan for and prepare interviews and focus groups with program participants and leaders, and review recommendations from previous projects to drive meaningful change in our programs. As a capstone project, the Fellow will compile a summary of their findings and create a set of actionable recommendations for enhancing JEDI practices in future programs. This opportunity provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills, network, and make a positive impact on the environment. All SCA Fellow Interns will operate as a cohort, participating in orientation, training, and ongoing check-ins together throughout the program.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing JEDI Program evaluation; Participate in quantitative and qualitative data analysis related to JEDI metrics, including reviewing participant surveys, developing interviews, and planning for the use of other data collection methods; Collaborate with the Program Evaluation team on reviewing documents of past initiatives with the updated JEDI in mind; Contribute to comprehensive report summarizing past findings and new findings from data analysis; Engage with the community and promote awareness of recommended steps to enhance JEDI in Program design.
Marginal Duties
Attend and actively participate in needed orientation, meetings, training sessions, and check-ins; Maintain accurate records and documentation of data exports and cleaning; Perform any other duties as required by the Evaluation Manager.
Required Qualifications
Must have previous experience working in an SCA position (internship or team). Strong passion for Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently; Willingness to learn, adapt, and tackle new challenges with enthusiasm; Ability to commit to the full duration of the Fellow internship and attend necessary orientation, trainings, check-ins, and meetings; Commitment to adhering to safety procedures and environmental ethics; Access to a computer, reliable internet connectivity and ability to work remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Salesforce; Strong interest in program evaluation, research methods, and data analysis; Experience with survey tools and qualitative research methods is a plus.
