We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Account Manager to join our dedicated Sales team based in our Vejle office. You will have the opportunity to be involved in dynamic discussions in an ever-changing market, where every day is different, and every deal will bring its own, new opportunities and challenges.
How to contribute to our vision
You will be responsible for the development, maximization of the global penetration and profitable growth of the assigned key customer(s) for the portfolio of the represented organizational unit(s).
Some of the key areas we want you to be involved in include:
  • Owning the customer relationship and customer projects
  • You will be the main driver behind developing a successful customer approach and strategy which is matching the customer needs, profile, and strategy.
  • You will support the Sales Project Managers by challenging, sparing, and coaching the project team on in order of delivering the right solution
  • Having overall responsibility for negotiation and conclusion of customer contracts, project planning and reporting
  • Ensuring adherence to Siemens Gamesa’s sales processes
  • Motivating, supporting, and support developing a high performing and embracing sales culture
  • Understanding customer business case requirements and developing bid/negotiation strategies,
  • Ensuring successful handover to project management upon contract signature

What you need to make a difference
The ideal candidate comes with 10+ years’ experience within global account management. You will have contact with many internal and external stakeholders across various levels. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a fundamental for the role – including excellent Danish and English skills both orally and in writing.
As a person, you are self-driven, team-driven with a responsible and result-oriented approach to your work. You bring an analytical and structured mindset, enabling you to address several diverse tasks daily – while “keeping the full overview”. You are an outgoing and openminded person, eager to join a global business with a tremendous growth rate and world-wide footprint expansion.
