Sr. Sourcer, G&A

Rivian is looking for a Sr. Sourcer to support our General & Administrative (G&A) functions. You will partner with talent acquisition partners and business stakeholders across the G&A functions to grow and build high-performing, diverse teams, while providing a strong and positive candidate experience. This role needs to be obsessed with building a diverse pipeline, you relish the top of the funnel and live in data and insights.
Responsibilities:- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talent across all G&A functions
- Build relationships with our Recruiting Partners and business stakeholders to manage the sourcing strategy for key talent across mid to senior positions
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve the recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners
- Obsessive focus on building diverse top of funnel pipelines
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit within the organization
- Create a build insights into the market to steer and guide business stakeholders
- Assist in other areas of recruiting and HR functions as needed
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with direct experience as a Sourcer required
- In house experience highly preferred
- Experience managing pipelines at multiple levels from early career professionals to senior management
- Direct experience supporting multiple functional groups with ability to pivot between multiple skill sets and drive strong partnership at multiple levels of the business
- Client-focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing avenues, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to clients
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion

Salary Range for Irvine, CA based applicants: $117,000 - $146,000 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location and other factors permitted by law).
