SUMMARY
Qcells is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, recruit, and hire top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing and identifying top talent through various channels, screening and interviewing candidates, and managing the hiring process.
- This role is onsite 5 days/week. In 2025, this position will be relocated to Cartersville, GA. The current office in Atlanta, GA, is temporary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, recruit, and hire top talent for our organization
- Source and identify top talent and the Blue collar employees through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and ensure that we are meeting our recruitment goals
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and priorities and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to source and identify top talent through various channels
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field in business administration
- Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs. Ability to understand, evaluate, and make judgments on proposals
- Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing, and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending, affecting employee benefit programs, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, Medicare, and Social Security and DOL requirements
