JOB SUMMARY:

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America (PECNA) seeks an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join its dynamic and talented HR team. This role will play a crucial part in how the organization utilizes technology.

The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing high-quality HR system solutions to customers by understanding end-user needs, creating business cases, developing business requirements, and supporting technical design, product development, testing, and deployment. The Senior HRIS Analyst will collaborate with HR and other business areas to identify technology requirements that align with business objectives and then translate those requirements into actionable project plans and HR system solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HRIS implementation.
  • Assist in developing and providing proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions and job aids while creating a streamlined, efficient, and self-service approach to the organization’s reporting requirements.
  • Maintain the long-term integrity of the system while remaining flexible and responsive to current and future business requirements.
  • Enable a data accuracy and integrity culture by creating and implementing data maintenance processes and audits.
  • Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and overall system performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills, thinking conceptually and communicating complex ideas clearly through visuals and actionable plans.
  • Collaborating with internal customers to establish deployment expectations and ensure alignment with strategic direction.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with important internal and external contacts.
  • Successfully able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, quickly solve complex problems through analytical thinking, and meet deadlines.
  • Utilize technology to deliver data analytics for the business.

QUALIFICATIONS Requirements - Required and/or Preferred.

EDUCATION

  • Basic/Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, statistics, finance, or information systems. OR a combination of equivalent education and/or experience.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • A proficient command of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in data analysis, data analysis, with expertise in data manipulation, advanced statistical methods, and the ability to interpret and communicate implications of models effectively. Industry-specific expertise is crucial for providing relevant insights.
