Are you ready to power positive change?

Your Mission: As our Partner Support Representative, based in Mexicali and reporting to the Manager or Order Management and Customer Care, your role will be responsible for supporting Sales Managers on the account coverage for the end to end partner support and client relations as well as customer satisfaction.

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:
Managing Potential Lead and Endorsing to the respective Regional Sales Manager or Partner within the network
Prepare sales quotations any documentation as requested by Sales Management
Create Purchase Agreement and Pro-Forma Invoice
Receives and qualify customer PO’s check PO against allocation, checks POs against allocation and book customer orders into ERP system (Oracle)
Ensure to send Electronic Data Interchange signal to warehouse (if applicable)
Manual CIPL generation for Good to go and Import Requirements
Monitor orders that are for closing for proper revenue recognition.
Coordinate with respective support groups to ascertain the delivery of total customer satisfaction.
Archive all the documents per SPOC Requirements
Review of Bill of Lading and Sends approval to 3PL.
Coordinate with 3PL warehouse for the weekly scheduled materials for receipt and shipment.
Coordinate with internal customer / suppliers. Work internally with Transportation Logistics, Purchasing, and Manufacturing team to prioritize material requirements.
Answering phone calls from US Customers, potential partners and customer.

Essential for your Success:

Preferably Bachelor's degree holder OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience.
Experience in Customer Service or Order Management or Fulfillment is required.
Preferably 1-2 years’ experience specializing in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics or BPO industry.
Must have good communication skills, computer proficient, good organization skills.
Proficient with MS Office Application esp. Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferably Oracle and Salesforce User
Portuguese - Spanish Speaker
