We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to fill the role of Senior HR Program Manager. This position is crucial for driving strategic HR initiatives and optimizing HR processes across the organization. The Senior HR Program Manager will lead complex projects focused on advancing our HR policies, procedures, and overall organizational effectiveness. This role demands a visionary leader with deep expertise in HR strategy, a track record of successful change management, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic vision for HR process and policy improvements aligned with organizational goals. Provide thought leadership on best practices and innovative approaches to HR program management.

Advanced Process Improvement: Lead high-impact initiatives to overhaul and enhance HR processes across the organization. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and drive transformation efforts.

Policy Governance: Oversee the creation, revision, and governance of HR policies. Ensure that policies are not only compliant with regulatory requirements but also support the strategic direction of the company.

Complex Project Management: Direct and manage large-scale HR projects from inception through implementation. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

Strategic Data Analysis: Leverage advanced analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and policies. Provide strategic recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis and market trends.

Executive Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives. Present insights and recommendations to executive teams and influence decision-making processes.

Organizational Change Management: Drive and manage organizational change related to HR processes and policies. Develop change management strategies and frameworks to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.

Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop junior HR staff and team members. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the HR department.

Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging practices. Introduce innovative solutions and practices that enhance HR operations and contribute to the organization's competitive advantage.


Qualifications:

Education: Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) strongly preferred.

Experience: At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR management, with a proven track record in process improvement, policy development, and strategic program management. Experience in a senior leadership role is highly desirable.

Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and organizational skills. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at the executive level.

Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, regulatory compliance, and industry trends. Expertise in utilizing HRIS systems and advanced data analytics tools.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage cross-functional teams. Proven experience in driving change and innovation within large organizations.
