This position requires an expert to contribute to different phases of the project lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, and propose and create the solution. You will guide teams on project processes, and deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training, internal capability building, and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

You Will:

  • Follow best practices in project teams and fosters continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and continuous exchange
  • Consistently execute project management processes, and may lead improvement initiatives
  • Manage stakeholder and customer expectations for both technical and operational support.
  • Manage and coordinate technical programs across multiple geographies.
  • Maintain documentation, define best practices and communications
  • Review project risks regularly, identify key risk elements, and propose mitigation plans like training, frameworks, and proof of concepts
  • Manage the Project escalations and perception management
  • Identifies gaps, potential bottlenecks or delays, challenges assumptions, and proposes options to close gaps and get projects back on schedule
  • Manages meetings to include setting agendas, organizing meeting time and meeting minutes

You Bring:

  • 4+ years of related work experience, specifically in identifying process gaps and defining/modify processes to solve a problem in operations
  • Strong understanding of ITIL process areas
  • Auto/Manufacturing experience
  • Good understanding on SAP S/4 landscape
  • Ability to set up the reporting and governance of the SLAs and KPIs
