Lime is hiring a Global Order Fulfillment Manager to join our Supply Chain team! As a Global Order Fulfillment Manager, you’ll lead a team of order fulfillment specialists focusing on their growth and development and will collaborate with the Operations Markets and Supply Chain teams on process improvements, fulfillment strategies, and key metrics. The Global Order Fulfillment Manager leads the team responsible for managing the stock allocation process to prevent shortages in operational market orders ensuring optimal service to support fleet maintenance and rider satisfaction. The role also has a strong customer service focus to the global operations markets, working closely with markets to address their needs and ensure seamless fulfillment.
What you'll do:
Team Leadership: Overseeing and managing the Global Order Fulfillment team, ensuring development and adherence to processes and procedures. Responsible for guiding the team towards continuous improvement and standardization, collaborating with operations, supply chain, finance and accounting. Monitors key metrics, OKRs, and Health Checks to track both team and functional performance, while coaching, developing, and evaluating the team to foster their growth and improve overall performance.
Operations & Strategy Execution: Participates in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to identify potential out-of-stock risks and develop optimized allocation strategies. They guide the team in executing these strategies, ensuring stock allocations are aligned with business priorities and market needs. Provides direction on allocation parameters, managing the setting of these parameters in cross-functional alignment, and working to mitigate the risks of stockouts by taking appropriate actions or escalating issues to other functions when necessary.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Driving continuous improvement initiatives across key operational areas, including sustainability, product flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery. Responsible for implementing corrective actions to maintain high service standards to operations markets and improve operational efficiency. Leverage reports and analytics to identify opportunities for process improvements that align with broader business objectives.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Close collaboration with a variety of teams, including supply chain and operations managers, distribution, logistics, finance, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless operations and minimize service disruptions. Provides expertise on supply chain and operations projects, including facility start-ups, quality management, IT improvements, and market-specific initiatives, ensuring these projects are executed successfully and aligned with “How We Lime” behaviors and Lime’s goals.
Financial & Performance Targets: Responsible for delivering on financial targets, including developing cost-saving initiatives that align with supply chain and Lime’s goals. Utilize systems such as Oracle, NetSuite WMS, and Google Sheets to optimize order fulfillment processes, track performance, and provide insights for improvement. Ensures that financial and operational objectives are met while continuously evaluating and refining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
About you:
Minimum of 5-7 years in supply chain or related operations, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. Experience with NetSuite (3+ years), WMS systems, and Tableau.
Strong data analysis and financial budget management experience. Proficiency in using ERP systems (NetSuite and Oracle) and tools like Tableau and Google Sheets to support decision-making.
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and build consensus across departments to drive initiatives and achieve goals.
Ability to adapt to changing demands, manage tight deadlines, and lead the organization through changes with a positive, proactive, and "can do" attitude.
Deep knowledge of order management, distribution, transportation, and demand planning. Capable of managing daily operations while executing strategic supply chain improvements.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
