People Systems Analyst

As Joby is growing rapidly, we are looking for a skilled, hands-on Systems Analyst to join our People team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams, including People, Information Technology, Workforce Development, Legal, and Finance & Accounting, serving as the subject matter expert of Joby’s HR technology. Your role will be crucial in maintaining data security and integrity as we continue to expand our global team. This position is based in our San Jose, Costa Rica office.
Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate, complete, and timely data collection and secure data storage.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to strengthen data governance practices.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data quality.
- Build and maintain data feeds between systems.
- Coordinate and execute People system enhancements, including implementing new functionalities and technologies.
- Troubleshoot system errors and provide technical support to HR system users.
- Train and support the people team on new and existing HR systems.
- Perform regular and ad hoc reporting.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Excel: XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Index/match, pivot tables, charts, creating graphs
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Hands-on experience with human resources software preferred (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, iCIMS, Lattice, Equity Edge).
- Experience with data feeds.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of US data protection laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
