This is a full-time, fixed-term position for a 12-month contract.

Greenpeace Australia Pacific (GPAP), as an independent campaigning organisation, creatively and peacefully shines a light on the urgent environmental challenges facing our planet. We don’t shy away from the tough issues, exposing global environmental problems, and developing solutions for a green and peaceful future. Our TeleFundraising Team plays a key role in enabling this to happen, focusing on bringing in critical financial support to maximise the impact of our campaigns. We are looking for a talented Call Centre Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated team of fundraisers.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Outstanding sales or fundraising team engagement skills, with a strong focus on putting the supporter experience at the heart of every call
  • Self-drive, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to deliver and exceed fundraising targets, whilst working in a face-paced, call centre environment
  • Experience with dialler software and blending various campaigns
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in delivering effective coaching and staff development plans
  • A sound knowledge of recruitment pipelines, how to maintain budgeted staffing levels and the ability to identify talent and onboard successfully within an induction matrix

We are seeking an inspirational people manager with a proven track record in recruiting, training, and leading high-performance sales or fundraising teams and want to hear about your past successes.


THE ROLE

  • Providing day to day leadership of the call centre, ensuring the team is motivated, calling standards are met and driving the team to KPI success
  • Supporting fundraiser development with inspiring coaching and training programs
  • Conducting recruitment pipeline interviews, hiring quality candidates, training new starters and maintaining our budgeted headcount
  • Providing robust performance management processes in-line with our philosophy of always providing our fundraisers with the tools they need to succeed
  • Reporting of primary performance indicators to key stakeholders
  • Savvy analytical skills to deliver performance on file management through our calling software

Annual full-time salary: $112,948.22 per annum + 11.5% superannuation per annum.
