Analyst- FP&A II MYS
Basic Job Functions:
Prepares & reviews management reports for cost center leaders. Supports functional leader with quantitative analysis to drive operational goals. Assists & leads activities in the financial planning processes to deliver the desired organizational rollup.
Education/Experience:
- BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, and CA, preferable .
- 4-7 years of financial analysis experience.
- Experience in or with handling multiple entities/sites manufacturer, desired.

- Ability to pull reports accurately from all systems for financial analysis purposes.
- Understands/interprets financial statements and GAAP, preferred.
- Ability to provide project timelines, assist in managing planning calendars.
- Experience preparing and consolidating monthly and annual forecasts preferred.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Prepares timely financial reporting and depth of understanding of the results.
- Analyze financial reports timely & accurately and summarize for management review.
- Analyze the variances of monthly business performance and support the key business stakeholders on an action plan to achieve positive changes to the operational metric.
- Work with business partner and accounting to communicate potential opportunities and analyses to further drive business results.
- Develop a basic understanding of the business and key levers that drive the results of the organization.
- Develop system knowledge for three main tools: WEBI, BEX and SAP BPC
- Resolve financial month end close process issues until fixed to ensure meeting the deadlines.
- Work with Business Partner and Accounting to rectify issue if any.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, Health and Safety and Responsible Business Alliance policies and procedures that are enforced within the organization.

- Will sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift.
- Will climb stairs on an occasional basis.
- Will lift, push, or pull up to 27 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis.
- 20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction, is required.
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.
- May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis.
- May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to, steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards)
- All associates working on the production floor may be required to wear a respirator at any given time and thus, the ability to wear a respirator is a condition of employment and continued employment (requires little or no facial hair)
