What You'll Bring to ChargePoint
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team. In this position you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product to provide reporting and insights for topics ranging from marketing performance, proprietary network data, and market intelligence.
What You'll Do
- Manipulate large data sets and create + maintain visually compelling marketing dashboards leveraging Tableau
- Partner closely with the data engineering team to ensure relevant data is automated within data warehouse and ensure accuracy
- Proactively monitor data, evaluate, and present insights on B2B + B2C marketing performance for topics ranging from paid campaigns, content, website, demand generation, and eCommerce. Forecast marketing impact on revenue
- Leverage data and insights to serve as a strategic partner for stakeholders across marketing (growth, channel, product, and content)
- Conduct market research leveraging internal network data and third-party research partners. Combine large data sets and convey trends through data storytelling
- Work closely with the content and communications team to provide insights and data stories that will be leveraged publicly across marketing content, press releases, and media
- Become a trusted strategic data partner and be seen as a highly reliable source of truth for data and reporting
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Google Analytics
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Tableau
- Minimum 2 year of experience with Salesforce data or similar CRM data
- Minimum 2 year of experience with Marketo data or similar MAP data
- Proven ability with interpreting and presenting data trends to executive level staff
- Great attention to detail and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize information and adhere to deadlines
- Passionate about providing hard hitting insights that will drive key decisions for marketing strategy
- Assessments will be given for the required platforms listed above
Nice to Have
- Experience in the e-mobility industry
- Experience within B2B + B2C marketing organizations

Location
US – Remote
The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $77,500 to $179,300. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
